DEPARTMENT: Store Operations
Store Operations includes a broad range of support functions for the stores. Primary work includes weekly communications to keep the stores informed, development of policies and procedure, create and develop store training programs, manages repairs and maintenance, responsible for new store openings, administers contests and recognition programs for employees and manages customer service calls and letters from customers.
